1. Local Pickup
Orders can be collected directly from our location in Chinhoyi at Lorcas Mall, Ground Floor, Shop Number 10. Please contact us to confirm stock availability before arrival.
2. Nationwide Delivery
For customers outside the capital, we utilize Zimbabwe’s reliable bus and kombi transport networks to ensure same-day or next-day delivery.
• Service Areas: All major towns and growth points accessible by public transport.
• Dispatch Time: Orders placed and paid for before 12:00 PM are typically dispatched the same day.
3. How it Works
1. Notification: Once your order is loaded onto the vehicle, we will send you a photo of the waybill/receipt and the driver’s contact details.
2. Vehicle Details: We will provide the vehicle registration number and the estimated time of arrival (ETA) at your local terminus.
3. Collection: It is the customer’s responsibility to meet the vehicle at the designated drop-off point for collection.
4. Shipping Fees
• Delivery fees are determined by the transport operator based on the size and weight of the spare parts.
• Unless otherwise agreed, the customer pays the delivery fee directly to the driver upon collection.
