  • Order and marketplace activity such as products viewed, enquiries, orders, payments, delivery or collection details, and support requests.
  • Seller business details such as store name, contact information, listings, pricing, fulfilment details, and marketplace performance information.
  • WhatsApp and customer-support messages shared with Tafrico for product enquiries, seller onboarding, order support, and service requests.

How We Use Information

  • To help customers find products, services, sellers, quotes, and support.
  • To process orders, platform payments, Trade Assurance notices, receipt confirmations, and marketplace communications.
  • To onboard sellers, manage seller stores, verify marketplace activity, and provide seller support.
  • To improve Tafrico services, prevent fraud or misuse, protect customers and sellers, and comply with applicable business requirements.

Sharing and Support

  • Relevant order and contact information may be shared between buyers, sellers, and Tafrico support where needed to fulfil or resolve an order.
  • Tafrico does not invent or expose private order details publicly. Support information is used for marketplace assistance and dispute review.
  • Customers or sellers can contact Tafrico support to ask for help with account, order, seller, or privacy-related concerns.
